Tangled up?
Every knot has a loose end.

Sound familiar?
Something feels off, and you're tired of guessing why.
In your relationship
- The same argument, on repeat.
- Feeling more like roommates than partners.
- Walking on eggshells to keep the peace.
- One of you talks, the other shuts down.
- Dating that keeps going nowhere.
In your life
- Always busy, never rested.
- Saying yes when you mean no.
- Habits you keep meaning to change.
- Feeling lost after a big change: a move, a new job, a breakup, an empty house.
You're not broken. You're stuck.
And stuck is lonely. You can feel alone sitting right next to someone, or in a life that looks fine from the outside.
Left alone, it rarely fixes itself. The distance grows quietly, the same fight gets a little louder, and "someday" keeps moving.
You deserve a relationship, and a life, that feel like home.

Vienna Kalal
Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Vienna.
“One line in Vienna's own words, like why she does this work.”
Vienna knows how heavy it gets when the person closest to you starts to feel far away, or when your own life stops feeling like yours.
Vienna's story: how she came to coaching, and who she loves working with.
Sessions are calm, practical and judgment-free. You talk. She listens, asks the questions that get to the root of it, and helps you leave with one next step you can actually try that week.

Your free intro call
Tell Vienna a little.
A few quick questions, so Vienna can reach you the way you like, at a time that works. Keep it short. The details can wait for your call.
Before you book
You might be wondering…
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching looks forward, at what you want and how to get there. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If therapy would serve you better, Vienna will tell you honestly.
What if my partner won't come?
Start on your own. When one person changes how they show up, the whole conversation can change. Your partner can join later, or not at all.
Will video feel awkward?
Maybe for the first few minutes. Then you're just talking, in your own space, with no drive and no waiting room.
More questions
Still wondering about something? Ask on your free intro call. That's what it's for.
How does the free intro call work?
It's a short video call. You share what's going on, ask anything you like, and together you decide if coaching is a good fit. There's no pressure to sign up.
Do we both have to be there?
For couples coaching, you'll usually join together. If one of you isn't ready yet, relationship coaching on your own is a good place to start.
What do I need for a video session?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a steady internet connection, and a quiet spot where you won't be overheard. Headphones help.
Where are you based?
Coaching is online, so you can join from home, wherever you live. Vienna's home base and time zone.
How much does it cost?
Session prices, any packages, and how to pay.
What if I'm in crisis?
Coaching isn't for emergencies. If you're thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you don't feel safe at home, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-7233. In danger right now? Call 911.
You don't have to untangle it alone.
